He has been a prominent figure in the construction industry since 1973. An Insulator by trade, Jim brings decades of hands-on experience and industry knowledge to his leadership roles. His proactive approach to health and safety, prioritizing the well-being of clients, the workforce, and the general public, has been instrumental in the success of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system.
Shawn, the President of Integral and based in Alberta, is also a full-status Indian member of Treaty 8 from Atikameg, Alberta. He brings over 20 years of extensive experience to Integral.
