Team Profiles
Jim, the Owner and CEO of Integral Systems Inc. and Indian Head Contracting Ltd., is a full-status Indian member of Treaty 8 from Atikameg, Alberta. He has been a prominent figure in the construction industry since 1973. An Insulator by trade, Jim brings decades of hands-on experience and industry knowledge to his leadership roles. His proactive approach to health and safety, prioritizing the well-being of clients, the workforce, and the general public, has been instrumental in the success of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system.
Shawn, the President of Integral and based in Alberta, is also a full-status Indian member of Treaty 8 from Atikameg, Alberta. He brings over 20 years of extensive experience to Integral. Having successfully managed hundreds of large-scale containment projects, Shawn's expertise and dedication ensure that every job is executed to the highest standards. His proven track record and deep understanding of project management instill confidence in our clients.
Our Field Operation Manager, Darren Johnson, is a vital asset to the Integral team, with over 40 years of construction experience. Darren excels in overseeing the execution of containment projects from start to finish. His leadership ensures that every project meets our stringent safety and quality standards.
