Our team engineered and installed a custom movable roof structure for the Amazon Warehouse Project to protect ongoing concrete pours from adverse weather conditions. The roof, measuring 150' x 100', was built to shield the site while allowing for efficient and uninterrupted progress during the concrete pouring process. This weather protection solution was crucial for maintaining project timelines and ensuring the quality of the concrete work.
To support the movable roof, we constructed side rail scaffolding that was not only durable and safe but also specifically designed to follow the direction of the concrete pours. Despite the challenging and uneven terrain on-site, our team successfully maintained perfectly level rails throughout the project, ensuring smooth operation of the movable roof. This required a highly customized scaffolding design that accounted for both the rough ground conditions and the need for mobility as the concrete pours progressed.
Safety was a top priority throughout the project, and our team worked closely with the client to develop a solution that met all safety standards while also being practical and easy to use. The scaffolding system provided safe access for workers and enabled efficient adjustments as the project advanced. Our collaborative approach with the client ensured that the movable roof structure and scaffolding system met their specific requirements, allowing them to adjust to changing site conditions while keeping the project on track.
This project showcases our ability to design and implement innovative scaffolding solutions that prioritize safety, functionality, and client collaboration. Our custom-built, weather-resistant system played a key role in protecting the project from delays and maintaining high construction standards despite the challenging environmental factors.
