Our experienced team was tasked with installing containment systems for two primary enclosures at the Temporary Water Facility within the ILP Heartland project. The largest structure measured an impressive 45m x 67m, with additional sizable enclosures needed to ensure the facility's operations continued smoothly. In addition to securing the main enclosures, we also provided insulation and protection for the waterlines connecting the temporary facility to the main plant, preventing them from freezing during the extreme Alberta winter conditions, where temperatures regularly reached -40°C.
Our installation not only maintained the operational integrity of the facility but also ensured compliance with environmental and safety regulations. The durable and weather-resistant containment we provided helped protect essential infrastructure from harsh winter elements, minimizing downtime and safeguarding the plant's overall efficiency throughout the cold season. This project highlights our team's ability to adapt to challenging conditions and deliver reliable, high-quality containment solutions on time and within budget.
